The Ascension Fitness Games are back!

This isn't a bodybuilding show or a CrossFit competition. It's a one-day team competition built to test every aspect of athleticism through strength, endurance, power, speed, grit, and teamwork. This competition is designed to see who the top overall athletes in America are.

You'll be drafted onto one of six teams and compete alongside some of San Diego's strongest athletes, trainers, HYROX competitors, and everyday people who love to push themselves.

This will be a full morning of competition, community, and moments you'll be talking about long after the event is over.
